AI Agent Build

One workflow.
Built to pull its weight.

Turn a recurring bottleneck into a working system. We map the process, connect the agreed tools, and give your team a workflow they can operate and review.

A fabric robot prepares a draft, passes it to a person for review, and connects to the team’s existing tools.
A working connection, with a person at the right point.

$500 workflow audit

From discovery to handover

Start with the work.
Keep people in charge.

  1. Map the workflow

We trace the trigger, people, tools, inputs and handoffs. The included audit identifies friction, risks and useful changes.

  2. Agree what good looks like

Together we define the output, accountable owner, permissions, human checkpoints and acceptance tests before implementation.

  3. Build the connections

We use agents where a step needs context and ordinary automation where rules are enough. Each connection serves the agreed workflow.

  4. Test the difficult cases

We check representative examples and exceptions, including missing information, failed handoffs and uncertain output. Fallbacks and usage controls fit the work.

  5. Hand it over properly

Your team gets documentation and training, with a named owner, access review and a clear route for handling exceptions.

Price and boundaries

Included in the build

  • The $500 AI Workflow Audit
  • One agreed production workflow and its required integrations
  • Implementation, testing and human review points
  • Fallback behavior and monitoring setup
  • Documentation, training and handover

Agreed separately

  • Additional workflows or major scope changes
  • Platform migrations and substantial data cleanup
  • Third-party software, model usage and license costs
  • Continuing maintenance, support and optimization

Before work starts, the written scope names the integrations, output, review points, acceptance tests and expected third-party costs. Timing and engagement terms are agreed individually.

A good starting point

A bottleneck your
team can name.

Brief intake, research preparation, record maintenance or project handoffs can be useful candidates. The work repeats, someone owns it, and there are real examples to test.

Your team participates in mapping the process and approving the result. Creative direction, relationship decisions and consequential approvals stay with a named person.

A few useful answers.

What counts as one workflow?

A recurring trigger, named inputs, a defined output and an accountable owner. The audit sets its boundaries and the acceptance test before we build.

Does every step need AI?

No. We may use rules-based automation, change a handoff or leave a step with a person. Each tool has to serve the agreed output.

What happens when an agent gets something wrong?

The scope defines what needs review, how uncertainty is flagged and what happens when a step fails. Logs, alerts, retries and an off switch are included where the workflow needs them.

What happens after I enquire?

We discuss the bottleneck and check whether one workflow is a sensible scope. Access, timing, costs and acceptance tests are agreed before implementation.

Is ongoing support included?

Continuing support and maintenance after handover are scoped separately. Documentation and team training are included in the build.
